2. What data we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, requested date, party size, message.
• Communications you send via WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (analytics — only with consent).

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• Contract — to confirm and run your charter.
• Legitimate interest — to reply to enquiries and improve the service.
• Consent — analytics cookies and any marketing communication.
• Legal obligation — invoicing and tax records.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and invoicing data: up to 11 years (Croatian tax law). Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: 12 months. Analytics: up to 14 months.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with processors strictly needed to run the service: hosting, email, payment processor, and Croatian tax authorities where required by law.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@mediteransea.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian DPA (AZOP, azop.hr).
