Booking & payment
A 30% deposit confirms the date. The balance is paid in cash or by card on the day of the charter. Prices include licensed skipper, snorkelling gear and full insurance. Fuel, drinks, towels and food are not included unless specified in the package.
Cancellation & weather
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure (full refund of deposit). If the skipper considers conditions unsafe, the charter is rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded.
Safety on board
Maximum 6 guests. Life jackets are provided in all sizes. Guests follow the skipper's instructions at all times. Smoking on board is not permitted.
Liability
Mediteran Sea is not liable for personal items lost on board or for delays caused by weather, sea conditions or force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
